We make every effort to display products, colors and specifications accurately. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.
Orders

Training and recovery equipment should be used as intended and within your physical limits. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program or using recovery tools if you have a medical condition or injury. Nexen Performance products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. You assume the risks associated with exercise and use of training equipment.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Nexen name, logo, product designs, photography and copy — is owned by Nexen Performance and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexen Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nexen Performance operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
